Stop fighting over the same Marketplace listings.

Why dealers join

Built for how you actually source.

We took everything dealers hate about Marketplace acquisition and made it the platform's default. Real sellers, sealed bids, and only inventory you can drive to.

Pre-screened sellers

Every seller signs in with a verified Facebook profile and commits to in-person handoff before their listing goes live. No catfish profiles, no “cousin in another state,” no wire-fraud bait.

Sealed bids only

No bidding wars and no leaderboards. Your bid stays private for the full 48 hours. You're bidding against your own cost basis — not against another dealer's ego.

Local pickups only

You only see listings inside your service radius. No cross-country logistics, no transport brokers, no condition surprises that show up on a flatbed three states away.

The new differentiator

Every car you acquire is also a sales lead.

A seller listing a car on FBdealersupply is signaling intent to be car-less inside of 30 days. When you win the bid, you're not just buying inventory — you're booking an appointment with a buyer who has cash and no car.

Step 01
They list to sell
Seller forwards their Marketplace listing. They’re telling the platform: I’m about to be car-less.
Step 02
You win the bid
Sealed bid accepted. You now have a captive seller, with cash in hand, who needs a vehicle.
Step 03
They land on your lot
In-person handoff. They’re standing on your asphalt during the most expensive 30 minutes of their life.

7–10%
Industry benchmark.KBB's Instant Cash Offer drives a measured 90-day re-engagement of 7–10% conversion to a retail purchase from the same dealer. We're building the same loop — but the seller is already in your driveway, not in a 30-day email cadence.
In-person handoff

The seller is already on your lot. Don't waste it.

Classic dealer playbooks (AutoSuccess, NADA) all say the same thing: every acquisition is a customer touchpoint. The 30 minutes between “keys handed over” and “Uber pulls up” is the highest-intent retail moment your floor sees all month.

  • Show them the lot. They just got a check for $X. Walk them past the cars priced at $X.
  • Capture them for service. Mailing list, oil change coupon, trade-in alerts. A relationship costs nothing to start.
  • Apply the payout as down payment. The cleanest close in retail: they hand back the same check.
  • Earn the next 3–7 years. Most owners replace inside of seven. The first deal is the cheapest customer acquisition you'll do all year.
How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

From application to handoff — everything happens on platform until the moment you meet the seller in person.

01

Apply with your GA dealer license

Upload your license, set your service radius, and tell us the makes and price bands you source. Approval clears in one business day.

02

See live auctions in your radius

Verified dealers see new sealed-bid auctions inside their service area only. Photos, disclosures, mileage, title type — everything the seller submitted.

03

Place a sealed bid

Your best in-good-faith offer based on photos and disclosures. No deposit, no win fee. Bids stay private for the full 48-hour window.

04

Meet, inspect, finalize in person

If the seller accepts, you both get a printable Deal Slip. Meet at your lot, inspect the car, finalize the deal. Pay on the spot.

Important

Bids are not legally binding.

Your bid is a good-faith offer based on the photos and disclosures the seller submitted. The final price is mutually agreed at the in-person inspection.

  • ·Either party can walk if the car is materially different from what was disclosed.
  • ·Negotiate at handoffif mileage, condition, or title status doesn't match. The bid is a starting point, not a contract.
  • ·Reputation matters. Bids that consistently re-trade more than a few percent down on inspection hurt your dealer ranking (more on that below).
The Deal Slip

A printable record. Both parties sign.

When the seller accepts a bid, FBdealersupply generates a single-page PDF that you both bring to the inspection meet. It captures everything that's already been agreed in writing — nothing to renegotiate.

  • Vehicle info, VIN, mileage, disclosed condition
  • Agreed bid price & payment method
  • Both parties' names + contact info
  • Signature lines + inspection terms
Reputation system

Show up. Bid in good faith. Win more auctions.

Every meeting is logged. Dealers who show up, bid honestly, and finalize deals cleanly climb the ranking. Dealers who waste sellers' time fall off the platform.

Earn rank with follow-through

Honoring the spirit of your bid — showing up, negotiating in good faith, finalizing the paperwork — raises your dealer score and your odds of winning future auctions.

No-shows get suspended

Repeat no-shows or last-minute cancellations result in temporary suspension and a public flag on your dealer profile.

Sellers see your record

Sellers see your verification badge, your acceptance rate, and your handoff follow-through before they accept your bid. The good ones get picked first.

FAQ

Plain-English answers.

Why Georgia only right now?
We're running a focused private beta to tighten the seller-vetting and handoff loop before scaling. GA dealers get the platform free during the pilot in exchange for feedback. We expect to open additional states in 2026.
What does it cost?
Free during the GA pilot. No subscription, no per-bid deposit, no win fees. After the pilot we'll roll out a flat monthly subscription — no commission on deals, ever.
Do I have to honor every bid I place?
No. Your bid is a good-faith offer based on the photos and disclosures the seller submitted. If the car is materially different at the in-person inspection, you can renegotiate or walk. That said — consistent re-trading or walking will hurt your dealer reputation score.
Can I walk if the car is different in person?
Yes. Either party can walk at the inspection if the vehicle is materially different from what was disclosed. The Deal Slip explicitly notes that the agreement is subject to in-person inspection.
How are deposits and payment handled?
There are no deposits. Payment between dealer and seller happens in person at handoff — cash, cashier's check, or whatever you agree on. FBdealersupply never touches the money.
What if a seller no-shows or misrepresents the car?
Report it through your dealer dashboard. Sellers who no-show or materially misrepresent the vehicle are suspended from the platform. Both sides have a reputation score that sellers and dealers can see before accepting.
Do I need to be physically located in Georgia?
You need a valid Georgia dealer license and a service radius that covers the listings you want to bid on. Out-of-state dealers with GA licensing and a GA service location are eligible.
