Terms of Service
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of fbdealersupply.com (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
What we are
We connect private-party car sellers with licensed US dealers via a sealed-bid auction. We are not a party to the sale itself — we facilitate the introduction. Title transfer, payment for the vehicle, and pickup happen directly between you and the dealer.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- Sellers must be the legal owner of the vehicle they list.
- Dealers must hold a valid GA dealer license and provide a copy on request. We may verify with the state registry and reject or suspend an account at our discretion.
Listings
You agree to list accurate information about the vehicle including title status, accident history, mileage, and known mechanical issues. Material differences between the listing and the vehicle at handoff give either party the right to renegotiate or walk away. Repeated or deliberate misrepresentation is grounds for us to suspend your account.
Bidding and acceptance
- Bids are good-faith offersbased on the listing's photos and disclosures — they are not legally binding contracts. The platform facilitates the introduction; the dealer and seller negotiate the final number in person.
- If the auction closes above the seller's reserve, the seller has 24 hours to accept one of the top three offers. We email both parties a printable Deal Slip with the accepted bid and contact details.
- Final price is mutually agreed at handoff after the dealer inspects the vehicle in person. The accepted bid is the starting point; either party can renegotiate or walk if the vehicle is materially different from the listing.
- No-shows — going dark, skipping the meet, or refusing to communicate after acceptance — may lead to suspension. Renegotiating in good faith based on inspection findings does not count as a no-show.
- During the GA pilot, neither sellers nor dealers are charged. Pricing for the post-pilot subscription will be communicated in writing at least 30 days before it takes effect, and dealers may close their account before any charge applies.
Fees
- Sellers: free.
- Dealers: free during the GA pilot — no subscription, no deposit, no win fees.
Disputes
Disputes about the vehicle itself are between buyer and seller. We will provide transaction records on request to assist either party.
Termination
You can close your account anytime by emailing support@fbdealersupply.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from any deal between users.
